Meeting opened by Eric Mallows at 2.30pm.
He praised everyone on the improvements to the club last year: - Boiler, Water Fountain,
Doors, Mats and Re-Decoration.
The club is being run very smoothly and acknowledged the amount of new members.
All committee members have to stand down. Election of the new committee in accordance
with the constitution for 2007 took place.
Renata nominated as Treasurer by Eric, seconded by Sam.
Wendy nominated as Secretary by Kerry-Lee, seconded by Tracey.
Darren nominated as Chair by Gareth, seconded by Wendy.

Renata went through the accounts for 2007

The Roof will need to be looked into this year, which will take most of the budget. 3 tenders
will be sort when needed.
Kerry-Lee would look into fund raising with the children if needed. Additional parental help
would be asked. Ideas so far Bag Packing and a Car Boot sale.
A parent at the club is doing a sponsored slim, money raised will be donated to the club.
Darren mentioned he would like to give gold medals to the Easter Challenge finalists
winners. This was agreed.
Darren will contact Highways to have a notice for T J C on Bradford Road and it was
suggested that Judo Club be painted onto the windows to advertise.
Parents will be asked to give a few hours for outside maintenance. This will include cutting
down the trees, killing the weeds and cleaning the guttering. A date has to be arranged.
