MINUTES
SATURDAY 17TH FEBUARY 2009

Meeting opened by Eric Mallows at 2.10pm.
He praised everyone on the trophies that have been won over the year. The Shodan cup goes back in
October.
All committee members have to stand down. Election of the new committee for 2009 took place in
accordance with the constitution.
Renata nominated as Treasurer by Eric, seconded by Gareth.
Wendy nominated as Secretary by Darren, seconded by Renata.
Darren nominated as Chair by Wendy, seconded by Renata.
Committee Members: - Kerry-Lee Mallows, Gareth Carruthers.
Renata went through the accounts for 2008
Darren congratulated Kerry-Lee on the club’s website. Up to date club pictures need to be taken for the
website.
It was decided due to cost, that membrane and shingle will be put down outside the fire exit door in the
warmer weather, instead of concrete that was suggested and past at the May 2008 meeting.
All electrical equipment will need servicing, as well as the gas fires and fire extinguishers.
New carpet tiles had been purchased and have started to be laid at a cost of £400.
Kerry-Lee will look into the purchase of “Hoodies” in black and grey, with the club badge. The parents will
be asked to pay in full, when their order is taken.
